1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88hba platform, including the website at 88hba.net, all associated mobile-accessible interfaces, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slot games, and account management functions.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Account Security & Password

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified; you must have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and the withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account or, where that method is unavailable, to a verified personal account in your name. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

88hba offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including the applicable wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement"), minimum odds restrictions for sports betting bonuses, the eligible games or markets for which the bonus may be used, the validity period within which the bonus and any associated winnings must be used, and the maximum withdrawal cap associated with bonus winnings where applicable.

Where 88hba determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, 88hba reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the offending account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were generated through abusive conduct. 88hba's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse shall be final.

5.3 Promotional Offers for Bangladesh Players

88hba regularly runs promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season offers, Eid deposit match bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spin packages, and Ramadan special promotions. All such offers are subject to the general bonus terms in clause 5.1 as well as any additional conditions specific to each promotion. Games and certain other content on the 88hba platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. 88hba is not responsible for the technical performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party game content. Any disputes relating to specific game outcomes generated by third-party RNG systems are subject to the rules and dispute resolution procedures of the relevant game provider.

8.4 Governing Terms

These Terms, together with 88hba's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88hba with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 88hba to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of 88hba's right to enforce it in the future.
